By the grace and mercy of God, I pray we all have a fantastic 2026!
✨ 2026 INS ✨

- Bible study: This is always a given, because God is & will always be first in my life.
- Pilates: Took a couple classes and I LOVED it!
- Cleaner eating: I want to try cutting out sugar again. I did it for a month a couple years ago, so let’s see if I can do it for longer now.
- Firmer Boundaries: I had a habit of placing boundaries & allowing them to get broken, not anymore. My peace, peace of mind and joy comes first.
- Read more romance novels: My new genre obsession. I’m a psychological thriller girl through & through; however, I decided to try a romance book for the season and fell in love. I’m on my 7th one for the month of December.
- Learning to do my makeup/Take a makeup class: I know the basics but I do want to take it to the next level.
- Budgeting + investing: My husband has got me into investing & who doesn’t like watching their money grow?
- Trying new foods: I love to cook! I have a few recipes I want to try out. Also, we love going out to eat, so trying new restaurants is on the list.
- Trying different hairstyles: I used to try different hairstyle frequently when I was younger, I want to do so again.
- Pickleball: This is something hubby & I want to try.
- Therapy: I started therapy again and it’s been much needed.
🚫 2026 OUTS 🚫

- Emotional Over‑Availability: absorbing chaos that isn’t mine, trying to help those who don’t want to be helped.
- People‑Pleasing: Since my daughters have passed, I’m getting better at not shrinking to keep others comfortable and I love it here.
- Self‑Abandonment: I’m no longer trying to “keep the peace” at my own expense or overriding my needs to help others.
- Guilt for Choosing Myself: Absolutely no one is going to guilt trip me for choosing myself.
2026 isn’t about doing more. It’s about feeling safer inside my own body, mind and life
